The Dynamics Of Interpersonal Relationships In Life

In life, relations of every kind are subject to change. The way some obvious changes take place in one’s life, relations may change too. These include even the long term and close relations that may change in a negative way.

The equation of relations is an ever changing and dynamic phenomenon. Hence one must not be too sure of any close relation, be it from one’s family or friends. One must definitely behave in a way that would help preserve any relation, mostly the close ones. However, despite of this, things may go wrong. Here one must make extreme efforts to reconcile. But even if that does not work, one must accept it as a part of his life and move on.

The intensity of efforts one must put for reconciling a relation depends on how close and important the relation is to him. Before making an effort to reconcile, one must find out the possible reasons for the occurrence of the negative change. One must be careful all the times that he is not behaving in a way that would cause an irrevocable loss to his relations with others. This would constitute misunderstanding and resultant behavior, impulsive action, insulting and derogatory behavior as a result of anger or any other kind of unacceptable attitude.

Therefore it is extremely imperative for one to be careful regarding his actions, which can cause irrevocable and irreparable damage to the relations with the people in his life. However, if one notices any objectionable and unacceptable change in the day to day behavior of any person, that too without any apparent reason, then without any hesitation, he should take stringent action against such person(s).

In simple terms, what is being expressed here is that if the behavior of any person turns unacceptable or/and hostile, then one must be ready to get tough on such unacceptable insolence.
